Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is characterised by chronic inflammation and by the destruction of synovial joints, leading to joint deformity and disability. Currently, there is no preventive treatment or cure for RA. Caracteristics
The ankle joint and toe are swollen. The expression levels of serum TNF-N, IL-2, IL-6, IL-1 and other inflammatory factors were higher in RA model than control. The inflammation around the joint and soft tissue cause synovial hyperplasia, cartilage destruction.
