Tissue chip, also known as tissue microarrays, is an important branch of biochip technology. It arranges many different individual tissue specimens on the same carrier (most slides are used) in a regular array to carry out in-situ histological research of the same index. Tissue chip technology can be compared with many other conventional technologies, such as immunohistochemistry (IHC) , nucleic acid in situ hybridization (ISH), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), in situ PCR and other combined applications, its application field is constantly expanding. As a new biological research technology, it is showing its potential with its absolute advantages.
